How Does it Work?
IN PERSON PERSONAL SHOP
Your in person personal shopping experience begins with a 30 minute discovery call. During this call, we’ll dive into exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s a complete seasonal wardrobe refresh, a workwear update, or the perfect pieces for a special event. We’ll confirm your goals, your budget, and the types of brands that suit your style, shape and investment level so everything is tailored just for you. From there, we’ll schedule our shopping session agreeing a London location.
In person shopping session usually last for 4 hours, but extra hours can be agreed at an additional rate, depending on your shopping goals. That way, we ensure you get the exact time and attention you need.
Shopping Session
On the day, we’ll meet at our agreed location, have a quick 15 minute check in, and then start our highly productive day of stress free shopping.
Please come in comfy clothing and walking shoes, with hair and makeup done so you feel your best. Bring an open mindset, it’s a fun day to reimagine your style!
We’ll shop in a mix of department stores, select stores and boutiques, where I will have already curated a selection for you to meet your shopping goals.
If alterations are needed, we can arrange them in store or they can be taken to a trusted tailor to ensure the perfect fit.
ONLINE PERSONAL SHOP
If you’re tight for time or hate the idea of hitting physical stores then let me take the leg work out of the equation for you with an Online Personal Shop.
Your online personal shopping begins with a 30 minute discovery call to understand your brief and budget, just like the in person service. The difference is that we won’t meet face-to-face. Instead, I’ll curate a beautiful digital board with the perfect pieces and outfits tailored to you. The board will include notes on why I’ve chosen each item, pricing, and direct shopping links so you can purchase everything easily.
Once you receive the board, you can review it in your own time. If you have any questions before ordering, we can hop on a quick call.
After you’ve ordered, and the garments have arrived, we can arrange additional time (in person or online) so that I can review your purchases with you and guide you on how to style with garments that you already own.
