Services

Style Reimagined provides personal styling services including Personal Style Assessments, Wardrobe Edits, Outfit Coordination, Personal Shopping and Wardrobe Organisation, delivered in person or online. All services are provided on a consultancy basis and results will vary according to individual preferences, lifestyle and wardrobe.

Bookings and Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the session date. The remaining 50% balance is payable no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. All payments must be made via bank transfer. Bookings are confirmed only once funds have cleared. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment. Clients are responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred. Prices are subject to change however confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will be charged in full. Style Reimagined reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and an alternative date will be offered.

Refunds

Payments for services are non refundable once a session has taken place. Deposits are non refundable except where Style Reimagined cancels the appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased for all advertised services. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are non transferable without prior approval. Appointments booked using a gift voucher remain subject to all standard booking and cancellation terms. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.

Travel and Location

Style Reimagined operates within a 10 mile radius of Enfield for in person appointments. Sessions requested outside this area may be subject to an additional fee to cover travel time and distance. Any additional travel charges will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking. Travel availability is subject to scheduling.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, attend sessions on time and ensure safe and suitable working conditions for in home appointments. Clients are responsible for their own purchasing decisions and garment care.

Personal Shopping and Purchases

All purchases are made at the client’s discretion. Style Reimagined is not responsible for retailer policies, returns, exchanges, sizing issues, delivery delays or product faults. Any contracts for purchased goods exist solely between the client and the retailer.

Late Arrivals

Late arrival may reduce the available session time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time and full fees remain payable.

Virtual Sessions

Online sessions require a stable internet connection and suitable technology. Style Reimagined is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside of our control.

Photography and Materials

Outfit photographs, styling notes and digital materials are provided for personal use only. These materials may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Client images will not be shared publicly without consent.

Intellectual Property

All styling tools, resources, content and materials remain the intellectual property of Style Reimagined and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Reimagined accepts no liability for loss or damage to garments or personal belongings, injuries or accidents during sessions or decisions made following styling advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

Style Reimagined is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
